Every Drift trip is built around clear safety standards. Drivers are verified before activation, trips are recorded through the platform, and riders can share their trip status with trusted contacts. We continuously review our standards to keep the community protected.
If something goes wrong during or after a trip, you can report it through in-app support or by contacting our team directly. Reports are reviewed promptly and handled with care and confidentiality.

Riders agree to treat drivers and their vehicles with respect, provide accurate trip information, and follow local laws throughout the journey.
To drive with Drift you must hold a valid driver's license, a national ID, current vehicle documents, and pass a vehicle inspection. Onboarding is completed through our guided application and verification process before activation.
We collect only the information needed to operate the service, such as account details, trip information, and location during active trips, to match rides, ensure safety, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data. You can request access to or deletion of your information at any time.
By using Drift you agree to use the platform lawfully, provide accurate information, and follow our community standards. These terms govern your access to the app and services, including bookings, payments, and account responsibilities.
